What we measure

460+ biomarkers across 19 organ systems.

Atlas Protocol measures DNA methylation-linked biological signal across major body systems, translating molecular patterns into biological age, rate of aging, system-level interpretation, and structured next steps.

The biology layer

DNA methylation as biological signal.

Methylation patterns shift as your body ages. Atlas Protocol reads these patterns across 460+ CpG-linked biomarkers to build a molecular picture of how each organ system is performing relative to your chronological age.

01

Biological age

A single composite measure derived from methylation patterns. Reflects the cumulative biological state of your body, independent of your birth year.

02

Rate of aging

How fast your biology is moving. A rate above 1.0 means your systems are aging faster than expected. Below 1.0 means slower. This metric tracks change over time.

03

Biological noise

A measure of entropy across your methylation profile. Higher noise indicates dysregulation — biological systems losing coherence. Lower noise suggests tighter control.

System coverage

19 organ systems. One integrated profile.

Each system is scored independently, revealing where your biology is aging fastest and where it remains stable. Expand any system below to see example biomarkers included in the panel.

What you receive

A report built for action, not just measurement.

Atlas Protocol turns biological signal into an integrated health snapshot, system-level aging profiles, top risk prioritization, personalized recommendations, and structured follow-through.

01

Biological age overview

Your composite biological age, rate of aging, and entropy score. A single page that answers: how old is my body, and how fast is it moving?

02

System-by-system profiles

Each of the 19 organ systems receives its own aging score, risk flag, and trend direction. You see which systems are driving your overall age.

03

Top aging risks

The report highlights the 3–5 systems contributing the most to biological drift, ranked by deviation from expected age. These are your highest-leverage intervention points.

04

Personalized recommendations

Each flagged system includes structured next steps: lifestyle adjustments, supplement considerations, and clinical follow-up suggestions tied to your specific methylation signal.

05

Detailed system pages

For each organ system, a deeper breakdown of contributing biomarkers, what they measure, how they relate to symptoms or conditions, and what your values suggest.

06

Lifestyle and context reflection

Your results are contextualized against lifestyle factors — sleep, stress, activity, nutrition — to surface where biology and behavior intersect.

From biology to follow-through

How raw signal becomes structured interpretation.

01

Sample collection

A simple at-home collection kit captures the biological material needed for DNA methylation analysis. No clinic visit required.

02

Methylation profiling

Your sample is processed through a high-resolution methylation array, measuring signal at 460+ CpG sites linked to aging and organ-system function.

03

Computational interpretation

Proprietary algorithms translate raw methylation data into biological age, system scores, rate of aging, and entropy measures.

04

Report generation

Results are structured into a layered report: overview, system profiles, risk ranking, and personalized recommendations.

05

Clinical integration

Reports include clinician-ready summaries designed for physician review, bridging personal insight and clinical decision-making.

06

Longitudinal tracking

Repeat testing reveals trajectory. Your biological age and system scores are tracked over time, separating real change from measurement noise.
